SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
We have several options available which may vary according to our delivery partners and desired destination countries. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and is based on the final weight of your entire order.
Please note that orders destined for mainland China, are sent via the Royal Mail postal service only.
Orders placed before 17.00 (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17.00 (GMT) will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 17.00 (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday.
SPAIN Delivery

Saturday Delivery – For orders placed before 5pm on Friday (available only on request)
European Delivery
European Express 2-5 working days
International Delivery
Despatched on same day if placed before 5pm, delivery times are dependant on country custom policies and frieght delivery.
Tracking & Delivery Time
You will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped.
Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside Spain, and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard.
Pre-Orders
If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will be once these products have arrived back in stock, unless informed otherwise.
Collections
We also offer collections from our office in Calle Sagitario, S/N. Portal 10, Puerta 62 50012 Zaragoza Zaragoza (España), during our opening hours, we require a 1-hour notice to get your products from our warehouse. Please email: info@euromedicdermasl.es.
